Send a personal email to every customer on your Excel list - from your own email address, with each message greeting the customer by first name.

Bulk email that still feels personal
Each customer gets their own email, from your own address, greeting them by name - not a newsletter with hundreds of people in BCC.
Any email address
Type your address and MIR-Email works out the provider and server - the same way Thunderbird does. Gmail, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, web-host and company mailboxes.
Personal greetings
Every email opens with the customer's first name - worked out from names written as "SMITH, JOHN", "Mr. John Smith", "john & mary smith" and more.
Straight from Excel
Load your customer list as it is. Only the name, email and optional secondary email columns are used; everything is trimmed and checked, duplicates are skipped.
Formatted emails & attachments
Bold, italic, colours, sizes, alignment, lists and links, with a plain-text copy for every inbox. Attach a price list or brochure to every email.
Secondary email retry
If a customer's main address is missing, invalid or rejected, MIR-Email retries the same email to their secondary address.
Failure report to you
Anything that did not go out - rejected addresses, skipped rows, daily limits - is emailed to you with the reason for each customer, plus a spreadsheet.
Sign in, not passwords
Google and Microsoft accounts sign in on Google's or Microsoft's own page. MIR-Email only gets permission to send - it cannot read your mailbox.
Runs on your PC
No MIR-AI server sees your emails or customer list. Your account settings are stored encrypted with Windows' own data protection, readable only by you.
Test first, then send
Preview in your browser, send a test to yourself, and the Send button only unlocks when every step is complete. Stop at any time.
From Excel list to inboxes in four steps
Download and open
Download MIR-Email.exe and double-click it. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Connect your email
Type your email address and click Find settings. Sign in with Google or Microsoft, or enter your mailbox password - MIR-Email fills in the rest.
Write and load
Write your email with a personal greeting, attach files if you like, and choose your customer Excel file.
Test and send
Send a test to yourself, then send to everyone. You get a report of anything that needs attention.
Works with
Daily sending limits are set by your email provider (for example about 500 a day for Gmail and 10,000 for Microsoft 365), not by MIR-Email.

Stays on your PC
MIR-Email talks only to your own email provider. MIR-AI has no server in between and never receives your emails, your customer list or your sign-in.
With Google, MIR-Email asks only for permission to send email on your behalf (it cannot read, change or delete your mail). With Microsoft it asks only to send through SMTP. You can remove that permission at any time in your Google or Microsoft account.
